Roti Bread
Easy to make soft flat breads that go well with curries.
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 5 minutes
Ingredients (makes 8)
225g self-raising flour
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
135ml water
½ tsp salt

135ml water
To cook
1. Add the flour and salt to a large bowl. Sprinkle over the oil, and add the water to make a soft dough.
2. Knead gently until smooth. Cover and leave to rest for about 30 minutes.
Roll out each roti until 2mm thick.

3. Fry in a hot pan, with a spray of oil. Serve.
