Alternatives

The fries can be replaced with chips, pitta bread, naan bread or rice. The kebabs are quite spicy, to make them milder reduce the chilli powder and the fresh red chilli. Goes well with a sprinkling of sumac, a powder made from dried berries that has a lemon-lime tartness. They are also great for on a barbeque!
