Roasted Cauliflower
This side dish is very easy to make and goes well with many different meals, such as a Sunday roast or a curry. The dish is vegan, dairy and gluten free.
Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking time - 30 minutes
Ingredients (serves 4)
1 whole cauliflower
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 grated whole nutmeg
salt
pepper
To cook
1. Remove the leaves and stalks.
2. Split into florets and chop into bite-size pieces.
3. Place on a baking tray. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with the nutmeg, salt and pepper.
4. Place the baking tray in a 200c oven. Cook for 30 minutes and serve.
