Homemade Baileys

Baileys is an Irish cream, but this version uses scotch whiskey. It is very easy to make and tastes great. It will last for a few weeks if refrigerated.

Preparation time - 5 minutes

Ingredients

350ml whiskey

410g tin of evaporated milk

397g tin of condensed milk

1 tsp instant coffee

1 tsp vanilla extract

To make

1. Gather the ingredients. 

 

2. Mix the ingredients on a slow speed.

3. Serve with lots of ice. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
